Ingredients (Veg Lollipop Recipe)

  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion – ¼ cup
  • Finely chopped green chillies – 2
  • Finely chopped capsicum – ¼ cup
  • Grated carrots – ¼ cup
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes- 1
  • Grated cabbage – ¼ cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste – ½ teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder- ¼ teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder- ¼ teaspoon
  • Cumin powder- ¼ teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder- ¼ teaspoon
  • Coriander powder- ¼ teaspoon
  • Chaat masala – ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Rice flour- 3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs- ½ cup
  • Gram flour- 1 tablespoon

Recipe (Veg Lollipop Recipe)

1- First of all, heat oil in a pan, fry onion, capsicum, beans, carrots, green chillies well, add salt, garam masala and cumin powder, add crushed red chillies and lemon juice. 2- After frying for a few minutes, mix the schezwan chutney well, also add potatoes and bread crumbs, add green coriander and cool it. Make a batter by mixing flour, salt and water in a bowl.

3-Now make small oval lollipops from the potato mixture, dip one by one in flour solution, wrap them in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil, stick a stick in each lollipop and serve with coriander and mint chutney.
