Ingredients (Kashmiri Kahwa)
Green tea powder-2 tsp
Saffron 1 pinch
Method (Kashmiri Kahwa)
- To make Kashmiri Kahwa, first grind green tea powder and cardamom. Now add ginger to it and grind it once again.
- You have to prepare a coarse powder of all these, do not grind them too finely. Now heat the water lightly on medium flame.
- Now add cinnamon to this water and cook it. Now add ground green tea, ginger and cardamom powder and keep stirring.
- Now add saffron to it and cook on low flame. Now take out this drink in a tea pot and add some sugar at the end and serve.
