Fresh Paneer-200 grams
Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
salt-as per taste
Chaat masala-2 spoons
Black pepper-1 teaspoon
Oregano-1 spoon
Chili flakes-1 teaspoon
Flour-one and a half cup
Corn flour-1 tbsp
Bread Crumbs-½ cup
Ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoons
Oil- one cup


  1. To make Paneer Fingers at home, first take fresh paneer. Now cut the cheese into finger shapes. After this, put the pieces of paneer in a big bowl, add one spoon red chilli powder, half spoon black pepper powder, one spoon chaat masala and salt as per taste and mix all the spices well.   2. After this, let the paneer marinate for 10 minutes. So that the spices get absorbed with the cheese. Meanwhile, add flour and corn starch in another bowl and mix. Prepare the batter by adding some salt and water to it.
  3. Now put the pan on the gas, add oil in it and heat it well. When the oil becomes hot, first dip the marinated paneer pieces in flour solution and then put them in bread crumbs, wrap them well around and put them in the oil to fry.
  4. Keep in mind that if you do not have a big pan, then fry the paneer as per requirement. Otherwise the paneer will not cook. More space is required to fry paneer.
  5. Now fry the paneer until it becomes golden in colour. Keep in mind that you have to make crispy paneer. Fry all the paneer fingers in the same manner. Now your dish is completely ready to eat. Serve it with green chutney in evening snack. Your children are also going to like this very much.
