According to Kalyan Singh, on December 13, Preeti Bhargava and Inspector Soni dragged him from the locality and then brought him to the police station and forcibly made him pay the bond. When he told that there was no crime against him, he was again beaten up.
On the other hand, a laborer named Maharaj Singh Tomar, who lives in Girwai area, has also complained to the SP against TI Preeti Bhargava. According to Maharaj Singh, on December 31, TI Preeti Bhargava and the Inspector took him to the police station from outside the shop and then forcibly made him pay the bond even though there was no crime against him.

Laborer Kalyan Singh told that due to the actions of TI Preeti Bhargava, he had to be insulted in the locality. This is the reason why now he wants justice. On Friday, Kalyan Singh applied in the SP office seeking permission for euthanasia, while laborer Maharaj Singh has also given a complaint application in the CC office. Police officials are talking about investigation and action in both the applications.
