Leaders facing corruption cases gathered: Trivedi – Bollywood Keeda

New Delhi, BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi attacked the opposition on Monday. He targeted the opposition alliance India for the rally held on Sunday at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan in support of Kejriwal and jailed former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren. Trivedi said that leaders of various political parties, who were facing corruption cases, had gathered there themselves.

BJP spokesperson Shazia Ilmi said that the political leaders whom Kejriwal had once called thieves, had come out to defend him in the Ramlila Maidan rally. In 2011, Kejriwal sat on a hunger strike for 320 hours and waved papers as proof of corruption. Earlier, Shazia was in AAP but joined BJP in 2015 after differences with the Chief Minister. Trivedi and Shazia claimed that in the excise policy case, the ED has quoted Kejriwal in a statement as saying that he remained associated with AAP and is now arrested. Vijay Nair used to report to ministers Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj, not to him. Shazia claimed that she and many former party colleagues including Yogendra Yadav, Prashant Bhushan were forced to leave the party. The fate of Kejriwal’s new friends Bhardwaj and Atishi will also be decided soon.

Here, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said that this has put an end to Aam Aadmi Party’s claims of the Chief Minister being innocent. Now Aam Aadmi Party leaders should stop making false statements.
