Kejriwal ED Case: ‘Nair used to report to Atishi-Saurabh’ – Bollywood Keeda

New Delhi. During the hearing in the court, ED said that for the first time CM Kejriwal has taken the names of his two ministers in this case. ED formally told the court that Kejriwal had taken the names of his two ministers Saurabh Bhardwaj and Atishi during interrogation. ED claims that Kejriwal told them during interrogation that Vijay Nair used to report not to him but to Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj. During this hearing, CM Kejriwal, Minister Atishi and Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj were present in the court.

ED said in its application that when asked about the conversation and reporting of Vijay Nair, the main accused in the case, with CM Kejriwal, he said that Vijay Nair used to report not to him but to Saurabh Bhardwaj and Atishi. His interaction with Nair was limited. ED has claimed that WhatsApp chats of Vijay Nair have been shown to Kejriwal. Kejriwal remained silent when shown the chat. This is the first time that ED has taken the names of both the leaders of Delhi government in the court. However, Vijay Nair had earlier also said in his statement to ED about not reporting to the Chief Minister.

Rejecting the evidence of hawala money used in elections, ED told the court that Kejriwal is not giving correct answers to any question. He was shown the documents CDR and call recorded documents seized from the Hawala firm of Goa. He has also been shown several statements of witnesses who worked on AAP’s election campaign in Goa.
