Experts believe that during the process of making market pickles, all the nutrients present in them get destroyed.

Both alcohol and carbonated drinks are high in refined sugar and calories. Excessive consumption of either fluid can increase the number of free radicals in the body. Which in turn can cause swelling. Due to abundance of alcohol in the body, liver and kidneys have to do extra work. Excessive consumption of fried foods increases the risk of cancer. When potatoes or meat are fried at high temperatures, a chemical called acrylamide is formed. Many studies have claimed that it has carcinogenic properties and can even damage DNA. Apart from this, eating fried food increases oxidative stress and inflammation.
