New Delhi , The process of registration in DDA’s new housing scheme will start from November 24. Most of the flats of this housing scheme are in Dwarka, Loknayakpuram and Narela. This scheme will be launched in two phases. Registration for LIG and EWS flats will start in the first phase from November 24. The second phase of luxury flats will be launched at the end of November.
According to DDA official, people will be able to register for 28 thousand LIG and EDWS flats from November 24. These flats will be registered on first come first serve basis. The second phase of this scheme will be launched by the end of November. In this, flats will be allotted through e-auction. People will be able to apply for this scheme by paying registration fees.
With registration, people will be given at least 20 days to view the flats. E-auction flats include MIG, HIG, Super HIG and penthouse.
DDA officials said that for the first time, more than 1,100 luxury flats will be available for sale under this scheme. The decision to launch the scheme was taken during a meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena. Saxena is also the president of DDA. An official statement said that these flats are in places like Dwarka, Lok Nayak Puram and Narela. Even if people already have a flat or plot in Delhi, they can still buy a DDA flat. Officials said the flats will be offered through e-auction and on first come, first served (FCFS) basis. DDA said that all the flats offered for sale under the scheme are newly constructed.
The scheme will cover all categories of flats, such as Super High Income Group (SHIG), HIG (High Income Group), MIG (Middle Income Group), LIG (Low Income Group), and EWS (Economically Weaker Section). Flats in the planned phase are available in Narela, Dwarka, Sector 19B, Dwarka Sector-14, Vasant Kunj and Loknayak Puram.
For the first time, DDA will offer over 1,100 luxury flats, including penthouses and high income group (HIG) flats in Dwarka 19B, adjacent to the upcoming DDA Golf Course. 316 MIG (middle income) flats in Sector 14, Dwarka and 647 flats in Loknayakpuram will be available through e-auction mode. Additionally, there are 728 EWS flats, 316 LIG flats in Sector 19B, Dwarka, and 1008 EWS flats in Sector 14, Dwarka, as well as 224 EWS flats in Loknayakpuram and over 28,000 flats in Narela in various categories, on first come first through basis.
