New Delhi , The largest housing scheme was approved in the DDA meeting held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena. There will be 32 thousand flats in this scheme. In this, for the first time people will be able to book flats in two ways i.e. on the lines of e-auction and first come first serve.
For the first time, DDA has released penthouses worth Rs 5 crore. At the same time, EWS, LIG, MIG, HIG and Super HIG flats are also included. There is no condition of owning any plot or house in Delhi for booking these flats. The entire process from application to allotment and possession of the flat will be on the DDA website.
A senior DDA official said that this is the biggest housing scheme of the authority so far. In this, 32 thousand flats have been taken out simultaneously. Preparations are on to start their booking in a month.

For the first time, DDA has included more than 1100 comfortable (luxury) flats in the scheme. These include Penthouse, Super HIG and HIG flat in Dwarka 19B. DDA’s upcoming golf course will be visible from their front. Apart from this, there are 316 flats in MIG in Dwarka Sector-14 and 647 flats in Loknayak. All these flats will be booked through e-auction.
28 thousand flats will be introduced in Narela in different phases. Any person will be able to book a flat by paying a token amount on first come first serve basis. People can book a flat as per their choice of location and floor.
