Farmers’ ‘Dilli Kooch’ today, cantonment became all the borders of the capital sealed – Bollywood Keeda

The meeting between farmers and the central government that lasted till midnight in Chandigarh on Monday remained inconclusive. After the meeting, farmer leaders said that their march to Delhi will continue. Delhi Police has also taken charge. The national capital has been converted into a cantonment. Section 144 has been imposed in entire Delhi for 30 days from Monday. All the borders including Kundli-Singhu, Tikri and Ghazipur have been fortified.

In view of the announcement of farmers march to Delhi, prohibitory orders have been imposed in Delhi and Haryana. Iron and concrete barricades have been installed at the three major borders of Delhi, Singhu, Tikri and Ghazipur. Roads have also been closed by installing barbed wire, containers and dumpers.

After the announcement of farmers’ march to Delhi, a long jam is being seen on the Delhi-Gurugram border due to barricading done by the police on the borders of Delhi. Due to the jam, vehicles are moving at a crawl, due to which office goers are facing problems.

After the announcement of farmers’ march to Delhi, some schools located in the border areas of Delhi have decided to conduct studies in online mode keeping in mind the safety of children. Classes will not be held in physical mode in schools. The schools have taken this decision in view of the possibility of problems in school buses and vans picking up and dropping children due to barricades on the Singhu border.

Delhi Airport issued advisory

Regarding the farmers’ march, Delhi Airport has said that traffic will be affected due to the farmers’ movement starting from today on various borders of Delhi. Changes have been made in many routes. Traffic restrictions and changes for commercial vehicles have come into effect from February 12. So to reach the airport on time and have an easy journey, you can use the Magenta Line for Terminal 1 (T1) or the Airport Metro for Terminal 3 (T3) for convenient transportation options.
