Delhi News: New Delhi. Pandav Nagar police station has registered a case regarding embezzlement of Rs 17 lakh 86 thousand 645 in the liquor vend located in the shopping center of Mayur Vihar Phase-2 of Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited.
On November 3, a complaint was given by the corporation against the contract assistant manager. It was said in the complaint that the accused assistant manager had filed a complaint under SC ST Act and abetment of suicide when he asked for the accounts. Due to which the accused has been suspended. In the complaint given by Civil Supplies Corporation Manager Sandeep Solanki to Pandav Nagar police station, it has been said that Assistant Manager Rakesh Kumar was posted as in-charge at the liquor shop located in Mayur Vihar Phase 2. From September 1, 2022 to June 7, 2023, he has embezzled government money worth Rs 17 lakh 86 thousand 645. A report was asked from them, but they did not submit the report. On investigation by the departmental officers, huge irregularities were found in the accounting of the contract.
