Raipur. The Supreme Court’s decision has come in the Jheeram Valley massacre case. NIA’s petition has been rejected. In this matter, CM’s political advisor Vinod Verma said in the press conference, the Naxalite attack took place just before the assembly elections 2013. A total of 32 people including our senior leaders and workers were martyred in this attack. This was the biggest political massacre in the history of democracy in the entire world. NIA had started the investigation of this entire murder. This investigation revealed that there was no point of murder conspiracy in their investigation.
Vinod Verma said, an FIR was registered after our government came to power. Chhattisgarh Police started investigating the entire matter, after which NIA went to the Trial Court, High Court and Supreme Court. Their petition has been rejected from all places, after which now Chhattisgarh Police is going to investigate and expose the entire conspiracy.
He said, NIA had presented the challan of the investigation. The names of the biggest leaders of Naxalites, Ganpati and Rammana, were not mentioned in both their challans. This political conspiracy cannot be carried out by a small committee like Dhandakaran Committee. After all, to protect whom was his name removed? Who was the central government working to save? Dr. Raman Singh had talked about CBI investigation of this entire incident, but at the time CBI had refused to investigate the entire matter, but still Raman Singh kept the entire matter hidden. Raman Singh should have been told that CBI will not investigate.
Adequate security not provided in Congress’ Parivartan Yatra
Verma further said, a commission has been formed to investigate the Jheeram incident. This investigation had also left many important questions within the scope of the commission. The government decides the inspection point of this commission. After our government came to power, we had increased the scope of investigation of the Commission, but Leader of Opposition Dharamlal Kaushik goes to the High Court and files a petition for not increasing the scope of investigation of the Commission. After all, on whose behalf Dharamlal Kaushik had filed the petition? Adequate emphasis is given on the development journey of Dr. Raman Singh. Thousands of police personnel were deployed during this entire yatra, but in Congress’s Parivartan Yatra, only 138 police personnel were deployed in a dense area like Bastar, while our leaders were given Z Plus security.
