New Delhi , Delhi Vigilance Minister Atishi has submitted a 650-page preliminary report to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the Bamnoli land acquisition case.
CM Arvind Kejriwal has sent the report of Vigilance Minister Atishi regarding corruption in Delhi’s Dwarka Expressway land acquisition to LG Vinay Kumar Saxena for further action. Taking this matter seriously, the CM has demanded the LG to remove Delhi Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar from the post with immediate effect.
LG should also send the report to CBI-ED
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has taken seriously the report of Vigilance Minister Atishi regarding irregularities in the Dwarka Expressway land acquisition case. On Tuesday, Atishi had submitted the report to the CM. On Wednesday, Delhi CM sent the report to Lieutenant Governor Vinay Saxena for further action on this. He has appealed to the LG to send this report of Atishi to CBI and ED. Also it should be investigated. In this case, action has been demanded against the culprits.
Allegation of providing profit of Rs 850 crore
Let us tell you that on Tuesday, Delhi Government Vigilance Minister Atishi has submitted a 650-page preliminary report to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Atishi’s preliminary investigation into the irregularities in land acquisition for Dwarka Expressway has found that Delhi Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar gave illegal benefits of Rs 850 crore to a company linked to his son. The company of the Chief Secretary’s son had purchased this land near Dwarka Expressway in 2015 for only Rs 75 lakh. Now the same land has been acquired for Dwarka Expressway at an expensive rate. In this manner the company of the Chief Secretary’s son made a profit of Rs 850 crore. According to Atishi’s report, the Chief Secretary of Delhi also gave government contracts to many other companies of his son. He has also recommended their investigation. Atishi has given his report demanding immediate action against the Chief Secretary.
