Baloda Bazar, Police have arrested four accused who murdered a person and made it look like an accident in Kasdol police station area of Balodabazar district of Chhattisgarh. Kasdol police has revealed the murder by conducting post-mortem on the report given by the wife of the deceased. The accused tried to mislead the police by pretending to be an accident by killing the person by punching them with their hands and hitting them with a brick. Police have seized a Bolero and two bikes from the accused.
According to the information, Abheram Yadav, a resident of Lavan police station, lodged a complaint in the police station that on December 31, 2023, his brother Gedaram Yadav had gone to Thakurdiya village, who died due to an accident. The police established a case and started investigation. Meanwhile, on January 4, 2024, the deceased’s wife Manisha Yadav complained that her husband Gendram Yadav, resident of Putpura village, Ravi Rajak, Rajendra Rajak, Rohit Rajak and Kamlesh Sahu had murdered her and reported it as an accident. In which the police interrogated the witnesses of the incident closely and found out that the four accused together beat the deceased Gedram Yadav with a fist and a brick. He died due to injuries caused by the assault. After which the police arrested the accused and also seized vehicles from them. All the accused in the murder case have been produced in the court and have been taken on remand.
