Police have registered a case under Section 304A and are investigating the matter. The police have made a villager an accused in the case. At present the police is searching for the accused.
In fact, on December 28, in village Gulidad under Bijuri police station area, 4-year-old innocent Vivek Tiwari, father Vinod Tiwari and Raj Tiwari, father Durgesh Tiwari of the same family, who were playing near the Shiv temple, died due to the collapse of the wall of the temple.

Police investigation found that the accused Puran Prasad Tiwari had carelessly collected sand in excess of capacity and kept it inside the dilapidated boundary wall of the old temple built in front of his house, even after the refusal of the family members of the deceased.
