New Delhi. The tenure of BJP national president JP Nadda has been extended. Now he will lead the party till June 2024. In such a situation, the responsibility of victory in the Lok Sabha elections to be held this year i.e. 2024 is going to rest on the shoulders of JP Nadda. This proposal has been approved in the BJP convention. Earlier last year too, BJP had expressed confidence in Nadda and extended his tenure for one year.

It is noteworthy that JP Nadda started as the working president of BJP in the year 2019. When the then party chief Amit Shah became the Union Minister, Nadda took over the post of full-time party president in 2020. Under the chairmanship of JP Nadda, BJP has formed its government in many states. This time too, the party has expressed confidence in Nadda in the Lok Sabha elections and has extended his tenure.
