Famous Punjabi singer-rapper Badshah has a huge fan following among the people. He lives in the limelight for his songs. Badshah has given many chartbusters like ‘Garmi’, ‘Pani Pani’, ‘Kala Chashma’ and ‘Genda Phool’. But due to these songs many times Badshah also gets embroiled in controversies. Badshah has also been accused of buying views and using derogatory words for women in his songs. But recently Badshah said something about women, which did not go down the throats of netizens. Badshah is being trolled fiercely on social media.
Badshah does not glorify women
In a recent interview to a media outlet, Badshah said that he is a responsible and respectable person and does not support music that objectifies women. Badshah said, ‘I don’t accept music that uses women as objects. I have female family members in my house and my music comes from a place of responsibility and respect.

In this interview, when Badshah was asked about the lyrics of his songs, he said, ‘I am very much like you. I just tell people what I see through my music. I take some lyrical liberties for fun because art is all about freedom.’ While Badshah was talking big, netizens started trolling him badly as soon as this interview came in front of everyone.

Netizens took a dig at Badshah and also made various comments. An internet user wrote, “Hips, lips, eyes, thighs, sab gajab…to Begum ne likha tha.” Another wrote, ‘Perfect example of eating elephant tusks and showing it.’ On the other hand, another one even called the king a donkey. He wrote, ‘Now donkeys will also run in the horse race.’ Let me tell you, before this, there has also been an allegation of buying views on Badshah.
