Ingredients (Jau Ka Halwa Recipe)

  • Barley flour-1 cup
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Milk-3 cups
  • Ghee-2 spoons
  • Cardamom powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dry fruits-1/2 cup

Method

1- To make Barley Halwa, first of all pour milk in a pan and keep it to boil. Then put ghee in a pan and heat it.

2-After this, fry the barley flour in it for about 4-5 minutes. Then add boiled milk and sugar to this roasted flour and cook for some time.

3-After this, add cardamom powder to it and mix well and turn off the gas. Now your nutritious barley halwa is ready. Then garnish it with chopped dry fruits and serve it hot.
