Ginger works to increase our immunity. Made from ginger and jaggery (Adrak Ka Halwa) is a recipe that everyone from children to adults will eat with gusto and it will save them from all kinds of problems. So let’s know its recipe.
Ginger – 500 grams
Jaggery – 1 cup
Almonds – 1/2 cup
Cashews – 1/2 cup
Raisins – 20
Ghee – 2 spoons
Walnuts – 1/4 cup
- First of all, peel the ginger, chop it well and put it in a blender to make a thick paste. Now add cashews, walnuts and almonds to the grinder and make a coarse mixture.
- Now take a pan and heat the ghee. When the ghee becomes hot, add the ginger mixture in it and mix well. Keep stirring this mixture for about 15 minutes and fry it well.
- Now add jaggery to it and mix it well and let it melt completely. After this add raisins and ground dry fruits to it and cook it for about 5 minutes or until the pudding becomes thick. Now the pudding (Adrak Ka Halwa) Is ready. Garnish it with nuts and serve.
